Experience: 15 – 20 yrs
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech from a reputed institute. Having MBA would be a plus.
Industry: IT – Software – Product Development
Domain: GRC (Government, Risk Management, Compliance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing entire operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Managing the Product Development Lifecycle from conceptualization, finalization of product specifications, technology selection, client handling, change request management and cross-functional coordination for effective positioning of the product in the market.
• Define and managing technical architecture of a software application based on the specific client requirements and assessment of technologies and assimilation of current technology expertise and upgrade.
• Centre of Excellence, Business Development, Sales, aligning the business strategy to increase the revenue growth.
• Strategic Planning, Process Re-Engineering, improve End Customer experience – Understand business – Customize & Simplify solutions
• Travel extensively across the regions, handling all Business Heads of different geographies and senior management professionals.
• Thought process, team dynamics, change management, mentoring and monitoring.
• Instrumental in driving solutions with cost reduction, value enhancement, process optimization, global integration and technology standardization with unique Service Offering Portfolio.
• An ambassador of change with the distinction of successful business process implementation of business solutions within preset budgets and deadlines.
